Veteran communications and public relations leader brings a design-driven, creative approach to elevating SharkNinja’s global corporate profile through compelling storytelling
Needham, Mass., February 12, 2026 – SharkNinja, Inc (NYSE: SN), a global product design and technology company, has appointed Jason Schlossberg as Chief Communications Officer, based in the company’s recently opened Creative Hub in New York City. Schlossberg is widely regarded as one of the communications industry’s most forward-thinking thought leaders.
As CCO, Schlossberg will lead and scale SharkNinja’s global integrated communications strategy, overseeing internal and external corporate communications, executive thought leadership, enterprise social media, content production, philanthropy and community engagement. He will play a critical role in amplifying SharkNinja’s purpose-driven culture, elevating its innovation narrative, and supporting the company’s continued growth across categories and markets worldwide. He will report directly to Elizabeth Norberg, EVP, Chief People Officer.
“As SharkNinja continues to rapidly grow and evolve, telling our story matters more than ever before,” said Norberg. “Jason brings the bold thinking, problem-solving mindset, and fresh perspective we were looking for to help fuel our communications engine. His experience at the intersection of creativity, design, and culture makes him uniquely qualified to unlock the next chapter of sharing our story.”
Schlossberg has a rare combination of design fluency, retail, and innovation expertise. He applies design thinking principles to communications, helping translate complex ideas and products into clear, compelling stories. His past clients include Uniqlo, American Express, Converse, Pantone, Verizon, Zelle, and HomeGoods.
“I’ve spent 30 years looking for a company with this combination of clarity of purpose, velocity of innovation, and the will to transform entire industries,” said Schlossberg. “I finally found it in SharkNinja, and I couldn’t be more excited to lead the team that tells its story.”
For over three decades, Schlossberg has championed a revolutionary approach to communications that transforms businesses. Prior to joining SharkNinja, he founded The ReadyMade Company in 2024, a creativity and innovation agency that operated under the philosophy that “what’s made is the message.”
Before launching ReadyMade, Schlossberg spent seven years at Huge, the global design and innovation firm, where he built and led the Strategic Communications practice from the ground up. As a member of Huge’s global leadership team, Schlossberg united editorial, social, and influencer capabilities with a pioneering earned creative approach. His work helped engineer some of Huge’s most celebrated projects, including Pantone’s first multi-sensory Color of the Year experience, and Full Transparency by Verizon, an open-source, blockchain-based innovation designed to restore corporate transparency and rebuild public trust in digital information.
Prior to Huge, Jason was the chief creative officer of Kwittken, an award-winning communications firm that he co-founded in 2005. He was a key architect of its unprecedented growth and success, leading to the agency’s acquisition by MDC Partners, now Stagwell Group, in 2010.
Schlossberg is a celebrated communications leader. His accolades include being named to Ad Age’s inaugural Web3 Marketing Trailblazer list, PRWeek’s 40 Under 40, and he was recognized twice by PRovoke Media as one of the 25 most innovative people in communications.
