Born in Wuppertal, Germany, and shaped by a large Greek family, Triantafillos developed an early curiosity for people and cultures that took him across the globe. With studies in Business Administration, International Tourism Management, and international marketing, he launched his career in aviation before discovering his passion for affiliate marketing in Stockholm. Over the past decade he has built deep expertise in ecommerce and performance partnerships, ultimately joining SharkNinja after serving as a key agency partner. Today he leads Affiliate and Partner Marketing for Central Europe, bringing global perspective, creativity, and a people-first mindset to a fast-growing channel.

During a period of rapid market expansion, Triantafillos saw that launching new affiliate markets at pace required clarity, structure, and tight coordination. He focused quickly on the essentials and advanced with a progress over perfection mindset to keep momentum strong.
Partnering across the region, he built the core affiliate foundation for new markets and introduced improvements that strengthened tracking, validation, and partner onboarding. He supported cross market strategies, trained teams, expanded partnerships, negotiated broader contracts, and prepared markets for peak moments.
Drawing on his affiliate network experience, he identified strong regional partners early and unlocked new growth opportunities. What began as fast expansion became a scalable multi market affiliate ecosystem that now delivers reliable performance.

What does it mean to be Outrageously Extraordinary?
Being Outrageously Extraordinary for me is about seizing the undefined and turning unlocked opportunities into business changing impact. It means taking ownership, moving fast, and driving results even when the path is not fully clear. It is about seeing what could be, not just what exists, and building structures, partnerships, and opportunities that help the business scale far beyond expectations.
To me, OE is about spotting opportunities before others notice them, seeing signals across the full D2C ecosystem, setting new standards instead of following existing ones, and thinking across regions and functions. It means creating value that reaches beyond the boundaries of my role and guiding teams while building something unstoppable. It is the mindset of acting because I know what the business needs to grow, not because someone asked.
True Edge is described as “a key principle of the OE mindset, combining vigilance, innovative insight, and strategic solutions to create a competitive advantage that is exceptionally hard to replicate.” What is your True Edge, or what are you working to build?
My True Edge is that I do not think in a single dimension. I look beyond one market, one partner, or one template. I identify patterns, elevate structures, and create strategies that others can build on. I see the full picture across strategy, operations, partners, tech, finance, processes, user journeys, and people. I do not just manage a channel, I build ecosystems.
A major part of my True Edge is visionary, multi-market thinking with a focus on building scalable foundations that support long term growth in affiliate marketing. I take ownership in fast-moving environments and help set the path for successful execution across teams and regions. I am a generalist with deep channel expertise and a strong ability to connect insights across functions.
Knowledge sharing is central to how I lead. I guide teams, support new joiners, exchange best practices, and work toward alignment and clear standards that help the business grow. Because affiliate marketing touches many areas, I aim to create clarity and structure that help others operate with confidence. I also focus on identifying high potential opportunities and scaling them to create meaningful competitive advantage. My edge is mastering all these angles and simplifying them so others can succeed.
Can you share examples of how you live OE?
Living OE means taking ownership, moving with speed, and creating impact in places where structure has not yet been built. I focus on creating scalable affiliate foundations that help the business grow across markets, always looking for what is possible rather than what already exists.
I build clarity by shaping processes, aligning partners, and developing strategies teams can adopt across regions. I look for high potential opportunities and scale them in ways that create long term value for the business.
Because affiliate marketing touches many areas, I often act as a guide on topics like partnerships, contracts, tech setups, reporting, and cross functional collaboration. I work closely with internal partners across marketing and media and stay active in the broader affiliate community by representing the brand at key events and strengthening relationships with partners. These actions feel like OE to me because they were not expected or assigned. I saw the opportunities and brought them to life.
