One of Sean’s biggest challenges is localizing campaigns for global markets without driving up costs or timelines. Small regional factors—like color, material, and finish (CMF), language, packaging, or cultural nuances—can undermine an entire campaign if not addressed. To solve this, he’s building a proactive, scalable workflow that uses generative AI for localized content, CMF adjustments,all while staying true to the original creative vision. His approach turns a traditionally reactive, resource-heavy process into an agile system, reducing turnaround from weeks to days and expanding SharkNinja’s global reach.

Living OE, to me, means constantly learning and pushing limits to create better creative content that performs.

What’s your True Edge, or what are you working to build?
My True Edge is identifying inefficiencies in the creative process and using technology, like AI, to build proactive, scalable workflows that solve complex problems. Right now, I’m focused on improving global content localization, turning what used to take weeks into a process that can happen in days, while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
Can you share examples of how you live OE?
I integrate AI into our creative workflow to accelerate content generation and refinement, increase output volume, and maintain quality. I also spot potential challenges in campaigns—like regional differences that could affect performance—and design systems to address them proactively rather than reactively.
What makes working at SharkNinja special?
