Originally from Shanghai, China, Mir built a strong analytical foundation with a master’s degree in Applied Analytics from Pepperdine University, paired with a bachelor’s in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine. That blend of actionable insights and strategy shows up every day in Mir’s work as a National Account Manager, where he leads the Shark business on Amazon. Since joining SharkNinja in November 2018, Mir has spent more than seven years turning complex challenges into smart, scalable solutions, bringing clarity, ownership, and an Outrageously Extraordinary mindset to one of our most critical retail partnerships.
Outrageously Extraordinary in Action
When July 2025 Prime Day brought heightened competition across the robotics category, Mir saw an opportunity to learn, adapt, and come back stronger. Rather than dwell on the challenge, he focused on what could be done next.
Mir broke the situation down into clear, actionable steps and quickly brought together cross-functional partners to sharpen Shark’s approach. He helped refine pricing and strengthen product detail pages with clearer imagery and messaging so customers could easily understand Shark’s value. He also ensured customer feedback was shared with product teams and worked closely with marketing partners to improve visibility during key shopping moments.
That problem-first mindset delivered results. Shark Robotics carried strong momentum into the holiday season, with Mir continuing to solve challenges in real time while upholding Shark’s core value across performance, innovation, and price.
Throughout it all, Mir led with speed, accountability, and a genuine drive to win. He worked behind the scenes to align teams, optimize content, and make thoughtful, data-informed decisions that helped move the business forward.

What does it mean to be Outrageously Extraordinary?
To me, being Outrageously Extraordinary means that small details drive big outcomes. Success is built by getting the fundamentals right every single day. That means making sure customers receive our products quickly and ensuring they can easily find great SharkNinja deals whether they are shopping on mobile or desktop. When we focus on those details, the bigger results follow.

I see True Edge as having a deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem and working collaboratively to create better experiences for both customers and brands. I focus on improving how products are presented, supporting consistent standards across listings, addressing product quality and return-related challenges, and protecting the integrity of the SharkNinja brand. Together, these efforts help build trust, improve the customer experience, and support long-term growth.
Can you share examples of how you live “OE”?
I live OE by focusing on consistency and execution. Every day, I make sure our product listings are accurate and easy to shop, with strong delivery promises and clear deal visibility for customers. On a regular basis, I review how our products are performing to understand where we can improve. When needed, I adjust promotional approaches and visibility strategies to help increase traffic, engagement, and sales momentum.
What makes working at SharkNinja special?
What makes SharkNinja special to me is how often we are exploring new spaces. Each year, we expand into several new categories, which creates constant opportunities to learn about new products, technologies, and markets. In many cases, we are helping shape those categories from the start. It is incredibly motivating to know that my work impacts millions of people who shop online every day. Seeing customers choose SharkNinja for its innovation, quality, and value makes the work meaningful and rewarding.
