As a pioneer in AI-led research, Agnese has transformed the way Consumer Insights collects, analyzes, and acts on feedback—making the process faster, deeper, and more impactful than ever before.

When traditional methodologies couldn’t keep up with the pace of product development, Agnese led the introduction of AI-moderated interviews—first piloting them for key projects like CryoGlow, and Depuffi. This approach allowed her team to gather rich qualitative feedback from global consumers in a matter of days, instead of weeks, unlocking insights that once required large budgets and extended timelines. Her creativity and technical curiosity have allowed Shark Beauty to scale consumer understanding while maintaining the depth and nuance of human-led research.

During a skincare test, when early feedback seemed unclear, Agnese suggested adding short consumer videos to show how people were using the product. This revealed that the product was being used differently than expected, allowing the team to quickly adjust guidance and improve the overall experience. Beyond this, Agnese actively shares her AI expertise across teams, encouraging collaboration and helping others learn how to integrate new tools into their research and daily work. She is also leading pilots that use AI to simulate real-world environments, enabling faster, more realistic consumer feedback to shape future product launches.

From championing the Journey of Glossi, where she connected consumer pain points to product innovation, to redefining global research speed and scale, Agnese is a true force for change. Her combination of curiosity, bold thinking, and teamwork has made her not just an innovator in Consumer Insights, but a catalyst for smarter, faster, and more consumer-centric decisions across SharkNinja.

What does it mean to be Outrageously Extraordinary (OE)? 

For me, being OE means always wanting to challenge the status quo and go a level deeper to really understand key answers to research questions and business issues. In consumer insights, that translates into constantly exploring new ways to ask the second layer of questions and go deep into what the consumers are truly saying. Find ways to explore their emotions and sentiments. That’s why I started piloting AI moderated interviews to find ways to continuously evolve our approach to consumer insights and figure ways to make us always smarter and more impactful.

For me, my True Edge is about continuously exploring, getting creative, and looking at things from different perspectives.

I live OE by piloting AI moderated interviews to find ways to continuously evolve our approach to consumer insights and make us always smarter and more impactful.
