An accomplished creative and brand leader who has built iconic global brands across beauty, lifestyle, and retail, Nolan will lead SharkNinja’s global creative organization
Needham, Mass., April 15, 2026 – SharkNinja, Inc (NYSE: SN), a global product design and technology company, has appointed Elizabeth (Liz) Nolan as Chief Creative Officer.
Nolan, a strategic creative and brand leader with more than twenty years of experience defining and elevating global brands across categories, most recently served as Senior Vice President and Global Creative Director for Clinique.
As CCO, Nolan will lead SharkNinja’s global Creative organization, shaping how the company brings its products to life through bold storytelling and culturally resonant work that drives impact and growth. She joins the company’s executive leadership team and will report directly to Michelle Crossan-Matos, Chief Brand and Experience Officer.

Nolan joins SharkNinja as the company continues to expand its global brand presence and invest in creative capabilities that translate its disruptive product innovation into compelling brand experiences across markets and platforms. In this role, she will help scale an agile Creative organization designed to deliver world-class work with greater speed, even more engaging storytelling, and increasing global impact.

Nolan brings more than two decades of experience leading Creative at global brands across beauty, lifestyle, and retail. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President and Global Creative Director for Clinique, where she led the brand’s global creative vision across campaigns, visual merchandising, packaging, digital platforms, and retail experiences, overseeing multidisciplinary teams responsible for bringing the brand’s storytelling to life across every consumer touchpoint worldwide.
Prior to joining Clinique, Nolan served as Executive Creative Director at Equinox, where she helped redefine the brand’s creative identity and led global campaigns across digital, experiential, and brand platforms. Earlier in her career, she held creative leadership roles at Victoria’s Secret, where she led concept development and brand storytelling across major campaigns, and at agencies Young & Rubicam Group and WPP, where she contributed to branding and advertising campaigns for clients including American Express, Ford North America, and Burt’s Bees.
Nolan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford. She’s now based in New York City, working out of SharkNinja’s Creative Hub.
