For Pippa, innovation begins with a blank slate: exploring problems, testing ideas, and embracing the unknown, knowing that not every idea will work the first time. She’s not afraid to make big changes, pivot when something isn’t working, and bring others along as ideas evolve.
Outside of work, that same mindset takes shape each week in a pottery studio. There, experimentation is encouraged, mistakes are expected, and starting over is simply part of the process.
